$750,000 Car Crash Verdict
Dec 15 2022 16:54
Taylor Rouse and Aaron Ryan earned a $750,000 jury verdict on December 14, 2022 for our client, a Huntsville man who was severely and permanently injured in a rear-end car crash. The force of the impact fractured two bones in our client’s lower back, which then stabilized with deformities and caused disc degeneration that will stay with our client for the rest of his life. The jury recognized the severe harm that our client has suffered and will suffer in the future, and returned a verdict that was just, right, and fundamentally fair.
